Our classes produce exceptional results, by effectively combining a wide range of weightlifting & gymnastics, plus ‘cardio’ based movements, including running, rowing, skipping and other many functional fitness movements. Our classes are universally scalable, meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all people, regardless of past experience or fitness level. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements to prevent and rehab injury, build strength, and to achieve an all round level of fitness.
