To book a membership hold, please email us at info@valorfnm.com.au with the following details:
- First & Last Name
- Email you use for your Zen Planner account
- Start and End dates for your membership hold
- Reasons for your hold (injury, holiday etc)
Please also verify that you acknowledge all of the following terms:
- Understand that hold requests must be submitted no less than 7 business days before forthcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment.
- Understand that my membership and non-refundable payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period that I have requested.
