Membership Hold

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

Holds must be for a Minimum of 1 Week and a Maximum of 8 Weeks.

To book a membership hold, please email us at info@valorfnm.com.au with the following details:

  • First & Last Name
  • Email you use for your Zen Planner account
  • Start and End dates for your membership hold
  • Reasons for your hold (injury, holiday etc)

Please also verify that you acknowledge all of the following terms:

  1. Understand that hold requests must be submitted no less than 7 business days before forthcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment.
  2. Understand that my membership and non-refundable payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period that I have requested.

HOLD TERMS

  • You have the option to put your membership on hold for any reason.
  • Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than seven (7) business days before your scheduled hold start date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. If you wish to extend for longer you will need to submit another form before the current one expires, with the same conditions as above.
  • If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard written cancellation notice requirement stated in our membership terms and conditions is applicable.
