Our Valor Kids Program is designed to both aid the development of your child’s extra-curricular sport and/or BE your child’s extra-curricular sport!
Our sessions involve a broad range of fun and age appropriate exercises, workouts and games that keep them interested, engaged and challenged in each and every session.
Classes help teach students how to move well and safely, whether it be while lifting various objects or just moving their own bodies. Skills they develop will benefit them into the future, developing their strength, coordination and understanding of how their body moves in space, reducing their risk of injuries in sport, school and future workplaces.
