We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, group fitness, gymnastics, weightlifting and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will motivate and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!
Stuart Cunningham
Stu is the owner and director of CrossFit Cranbourne. Always actively involved in some form of sport or exercise from a young age, it was inevitable for him to eventually become wrapped up in the sport & fitness industry. Jumping from gym to gym as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, it gave Stu a thirst for something a little more from the industry, finding the monotony of commercial gyms a little dry and unchallenging.
Stu discovered CrossFit in 2009 with a small group of colleagues in Mornington and have never looked back since. The constant variance of exercises and the high functional ability of these movements provided the challenge he needed.
This passion for the CrossFit method, combined with a strong theoretical background in coaching and biomechanics is what drives Stu to run a fun and challenging CrossFit box in Cranbourne.

Kate Kelleher-Beitans
Kate embodies what the Valor community is all about. She is full of passion and care, she is the first to get around to every member in the gym, and more importantly, the first to break down to a sweet workout playlist! Involved in CrossFit since 2018, it has completely changed Kate’s life. Helping her develop in fitness, health and self confidence, Kate is a highly skilled and passionate coach who loves seeing people become healthier and happier people.
